Raising event FIPP.created for parked document approval

Hi workflow experts -
 
We are configuring the standard FI A/P Parked document approval =
workflow, which triggers on the event FIPP.created.  This event is not =
raised by default in the 4.7 Enterprise system.  Does anyone have any =
suggestions as to the best way to raise this event?
