Changing Possible Agents in Production

Hi,
 
I need to add a couple of users to the already
existing list of possible agents, to a single step
task in production. Do i have to assign it in dev and
then transport the task to production? or Is there a
way to transport only the agent assignment? or Is
there a way to modify directly in production? I'm in
4.6C.
