Sunni,
Have you tried using an AFTER method to programmatically replace (e.g. via a WAPI) the
work item if no decision was made?
Worth a shot.

Hi Workflow Gurus

I have a request from a client regarding a user decision step that I created
(accept / reject). There is an automatically generated 3rd outcome 'cancel
and keep work item in my inbox'. The client is unhappy about this, because
when clicking on this step, the item remains in 'reserved' status so it is
not visible to the group - the client see the manual process of 'replacing'
too cumbersome.

I thought of a workaround which is to add a button to 'resubmit' which could
completed the decision work item and loop around and assign it again, that
way it would not be in 'reserve' status. My problem is that I can't get rid
of the auto generated 'cancel' outcome - does anyone know how to do this or
a know of a workaround?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, the client is pressuring me for
an answer by tomorrow.

Many Thanks
Sunni.
