thanks for the info.
I also found that in 4.6c the error message WL 410 has an include
NA_WF-ADMINISTRATOR in the long text. The long text is what ends up in my
email. So I have changed the include to have the system id.
this include does not exist in the long text in 4.0B....so I will use your
solution.
thanks for the assistance

Deidre,
Using SU01, in the Email address of wf-batch, enter a system identifier (in
quotes) before the email address,
for example "Workflow Production system 1" <deidre_logan at goodyear.com>

Hello to All,
I am very new to the workflow world.
I am setup as the workflow administrator and I get messages that indicate
that a workflow item errorred and to repair the workflow item. I have my
SAP mail forwarding to my work email address. So when I get the
notification I am not sure which of our 4 SAP production systems the
message came from.
Is there a way to change the Notification to include the System ID in the
Subject of the mail or in the Body of the mail
Here is the message that I receive:
The following error occurred in the workflow above:
Workflow 'Workflow for requisition release' no. 000020885686 step
0000000003: Work item could not be created
0003: Work item could not be created
Please repair the suspended workflow
Press 'Execute' to display the workflow that has errors.
Thank you,
dede logan
