Good Movement Status Change

Hi
 
I want to trigger an event when the total good movement status under transaction VL03N -> Goods Movement tab is changed from A to C. This is an SD event but there's no change document holding that change data and also the status management is not possible to achieve as the status of outbound deliveries is not kept through the system. I thought of a user exit but I couldnt find any. Any ideas ?
