Change order of decision options in user decision

Hello there,
 
Is there someone who can tell me if it's possible to change to order of
decision options in a user decision? I have to add a decision option
(and of course a step/task) that has to appear on top of all possible
decisions. Do I have to recreate the user decision from scratch, or is
there an approach that costs less effort (hope so...)?
