Event Linkage being deactivated

Hi Shane,
Did you try activating the event queue and setting the linkage to 3 (do not change linkage)
under the Behaviour upon feedback option. (tran. SWETYPV)

If there is a temporary problem, perhaps all processes busy, then the system would react as you
have it configured. Hence why it may happen only rarely.

Subject: Event Linkage being deactivated

Hiya all,

there is a problem on our EBP Production system where a custom workflow has had its linkage deactivated twice in the last two months. The workflow is a Procurement Confirmation workflow, Triggering Event - BUS2203 Saved

I have reactivated the workflow, but I am not sure what the problem is and would like to find a solution, my user name has changed recently and I have only now updated the Workflow Administrator address so I can get the error in future.

But I would like to know is there a way I can check the history of event linkages to see when an error occurred and why???? Any ideas will be very approciated.

Thanks,

Shane Burns
