Extra SAP session when opening WI-attachment?

Dear all,
 
In addition on this matter, I know there is a setting in the Business
Workplace - Office settings, where you can determine whether to open a
PC-Application in a R3 Window, or not.
 
This setting has no effect??=20
 
Any help would be appreciated,

Dear all,
 
When opening a WI-Attachment SAP always opens an extra session, also
when
the attachment is an Imported file. When the imported file is opened,
first
the new SAP session is displayed.
When f.e. a Word file is attached, SAP already knows it is a Word file,
but
stil an extra SAP session is opened?
Is it possible to disable this? So only the Word file is opened??
