Insert decision option in decision task

Hello,
 
Is there someone who can tell me how to insert a decision option into an
already existing list of decision options in a decision task in such a
way that the new decision option appears as first option (also in the
screen where the user selects the decision)? If I add a row (selecting
the first option, continue with a right mouse click and then 'Insert
row') , then it appears as first option, but when leaving the screen and
then entering it again the option has moved to the last position in the
list...
