Controlling the outcome of the Until loop

Hello All,
 
In my Unitl loop pass, I have two outcomes true and false. I am terminating
if it is false and I am trying to restart all over if it is true. But the
'True' branch always defaults to the task activity above the until loop. How
do I branch it to the begining of the workflow step ?. I am missing
something big in concept here !!
