What is this report telling me?

Greetings folks -
 
We are running 4.5B, and I was doing some testing of a WF. I just used SWUF
to delete some WF history, and I see the following display:

At the far right of the report, there is a column with either "OK" or
"Error". What is the message telling me, since my WF "appears" to be working
properly? And if there is really an error condition, how can I find out
where this error is located?
