HELP, URGENT Creating workflow transport by auto customising

Hi
 
I've got myself in to a bit of a pickle.
I customised workflow using auto customising in a client 200.
I've manually deleted the transport created because I want to create it in
our master configuration client 100.
I deleted it in 200 because its cross-client customising.
Now I went in the master client, clicked on auto customising (swu3)
but there is no prompt to create a new transport, and all the ticks are
still green.
What do I do?
 
I'll be eternally grateful if you can suggest what to do
