Hi Richard, It sounds like you are trying to delegate from BUS2009 to
ZBUS2009. The correct steps are:

1. Create ZBUS2009 as a direct subtype of BUS2009 - which I think is what
you have done.
2. Set up the delegation from BUS2009 to ZBUS2009 - transaction SWO1
and look for system-wide delegation in the menu options of the initial
screen.
3. Add new methods, attributes, events etc to ZBUS2009.
4. When creating tasks and workflows the object to use is always BUS2009.
The system will automatically pick up the methods, attributes, events etc
of ZBUS2009 via delegation. But you must always use BUS2009 in your tasks.

If you find that you can't access ZBUS2009 methods/attributes/events from
BUS2009 in your task, then check that ZBUS2009 and the
method/attribute/event
are in released status, and check that your delegation of BUS2009 to
ZBUS2009
is set up correctly.

I am developing a new WF for PR Release. I have copied object BUS2009 and
called in ZBUS2009. I have created a new method and it tests OK. In my WF
task, I have specified this method for object ZBUS2009, however the WF
errors and tells me that my Method is not supported for BUS2009, that is not
the one I specified. Is was the original object though. This has happened
before and seems to fix itself.
Can anyone help out here, I am confused.

Thanks
