Workflow definitions disappear

46c support pack 27 - yes, somewhat behind, but our management wants to tre=
at support packs as upgrades (!)
 
Thanks - it is not deleting any other part of the definition, but it is a b=
it disconcerting not being able to find my workflow suddenly.
