Enterprise Portal workflow iview

Hi Sunni,
The content catalog in www.iviewstudio.com contains both the documentation for the universal worklist
iview and the iviews for email lists in the Business Package for Portal users.
 
Yes the functionality is limited - deliberately so.  The iview is aimed at being used by
casual users who are not expected to deal with all workflow features. If you think your
users are up to it you can call other inboxes from the portal.  I know of customer sites
who have used the old web inbox ITS service BWSP and the SBWP Business Workplace directly in
the portal and they work fine also.  So you need to choose your inbox carefully.
 
Documents from template are problematic in web environments - this is a generic issue not
just workflow based.  E.g. Any transaction run using SAPGUI for HTML which has linked
documents has a similar problem at the moment, i.e. you can read the documents but not
change them. If you really want to use this feature from the portal, consider using the
SBWP via WinGui from the portal.

Hi all
 
We are using the Enterprise Portal workflow iview.
There is a lot of functionality in SBWP not available through this iview.
I
have two main concerns:
 
1. Cant create attachments (would like to do this so that in a user
decision
if the outcome is reject, the user is prompted to enter a rejection reason)
using the attachment functionality.  Also I tried to use document from
template but it appears blank through the portal.
Does anyone know if I'm doing something wrong or if there is a workaround?
 
2. The workflow iview inbox only shows work items, not sapoffice mails, is
there a separate iview which displays SAPoffice mails?
 
Also do you know how to change the auto refresh timing for this iview.
 
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
