Hi Just to re-clarify my earlier request, I am On version 4.6B we would like to send an email (internet ??) from workflow to an employee's MS Outlook inbox informing them of a pending work item assigned to them via workflow. I believe that I can use program RSWUWFML, but what other config do I need. Many Thanks John
