CIC0 / CRM workflow routing

I could route a service request with BUS 2000116 object and DISPLAY method.
It opens the CRMD_BUS2000116 transaction in a separate window. Our client
wants their users to use only CIC0 transaction all the time. Presently all
the transactions like Business activity, Service request and other business
documents are maintained only through CIC0 manually.
CIC0 is like a platform for our client.

So, client wants to route a service request as a embedded piece in the
workspace within CIC0 transaction. BDCs are not working and I could not find
any BAPI or function modules to call a service request within CIC0
transaction.

I appreciate anyone letting me know either a BAPI or a Function module or a
program to call a service request within CIC0.

Thanks for the information.
Kris.

Thank you for the information though.
Kris
