SAP \ Lotus Notes Connector

Recently, I configured SAP to send mail to Lotus Notes via the Lotus Domino
MTA Connector.  I am able to receive Workflow in Lotus Notes, but I can't
determine how they are being sent from SAP.  I was under the impression
that emails would be sent from SAPConnect, but when I check transaction
SCOT it reads 0 waiting and sent even though my Lotus Notes inbox has
received mail.  Any input would be greatly appreciated.
