Transactions and Tables for Work Item Trace

Hi Peggy,
Use transaction SARA object WORKITEM to archive work items.
Either use the SAP_WAPI* function modules to find work items or to just search by status
try a select across table SWWIHEAD.

1. u can find the main tables related to workflow runtime with SWWW* in
SE11
2. u cannot delete the workitems from outbox but u can set the status of
workflow item to CANCELLED, by which it will automatically disappear .The
best way is to archieve. have a look on trans..SWWL amybe its of some help

Hello,
 
I'm looking for transactions and/or tables where I can:
        1st. get all work items already executed and not yet executed
        2nd. see the log for all work items (not only the ones I executed)
And I'm looking for a possibility to delete the executed work items from
the
workplace outbox.
 
Can anybody help me?
