MAPI Address book pop-up

We currently use the MAPI to send work items from SAP to Outlook, which we
will be replacing when we upgrade to 4.7. However, in the meantime, does
anyone know how to stop this pop-up message from occurring when opening up
Outlook?
 
 
 
Local copy of the MAPI Address Book"PRD040 SAP Address Book-'USERNAME'
contains more entries than that on the R/3 server. Would you like to merge
the 2 copies?  yes or no
