SWU_OBUF does not exist in 4.5B.
Buffers will automatically refresh at midnight system time.

Check the user id is assigned as holder of the position.
Then use SWU_OBUF to refresh the buffer.

I have 2 workitems waiting for approval but they don't show up in the
approvers inbox (PR and Travel). I've refreshed the org. enviornment from
his ID. The workitems show-up in SWI5 for the position. In SWI2 it's strange
in that when I check the Agent it's blank; it only shows up when I click the
"overall view" icon.
 
This is the only approver it's happening to and of course it's the CFO's.
 
Both HR org and OMGQ are pointing to the correct position.
 
Any idea?
