ESS Outbox Selection Period

All,
We have recently implemented ESS and I have had several questions about the
work items that are in the ESS outbox.  For a lack of better terminology,
how do you set the period or range of dates that you want to see old work
items.  In R/3 you can go to the "change selection period" icon, but those
icons are not available in ESS.  The confusing part is that for my outbox in
ESS I view work items back 90 days, yet most of the other people only see
back to 30 days.  In R/3 I have it set to the default of 30 days.  Does
anybody know where this is set or defined?  Any help would be great!
