Change org units

Good afternoon!
 
We have just talked about a change which we will not do at the moment but in
future:
What can i do if our company changes our org units in the productive system?
I have linked a lot of org units as the agents in my workflows.
So when my company changes the org units do i have to change the agents in
each step of all my workflows?
Is there a table or a report to do that faster?
