Problem with Secondary method

if you have already reached the maximum of sessions nothing will happen.
maybe this is the reason why it's not working at all.

Hi expert,
 
I work on SAP 4.7 !
 
I created a secondary method that work excellent while I test in SWDS but
while the WF start from the event the secondary method not works at all.
