Hi Elizabeth,
 
it should work if you go to transaction OMGQ, select 'Release group' .
Tick the box in column 'OverReqRel' for the applicable release groups.

Is it possible to release Purchase Requisitions at overall level
rather
than item level.
 
We're on release 3.1I. If possible, how ?
