have a look to authorization object 'S_WF_WI'. There you see a lot of
activities to be restricted.

Hello workflow gurus,
 
We are implementing workflows on service management in CRM. Our client =
wants
to allow their users to access only the normal workflow log per =
workitem
from SAP inbox or CICO but not all other screens which can be accessed =
from
workflow log like
  a.. Start Workflow,=20
  b.. Technical Workflow log,=20
  c.. Change of Deadlines,
  d.. Graphical Workitem Log,=20
  e.. Methods,=20
  f.. Technical Work Item Display,
  g.. Display Task,=20
  h.. Technical Data=20
Our security team said they pretty much figured out that they can only
restrict 'change workitem' option but not anyof the above list.=20
Is there a way to restrict all of the above options for normal workflow
users.=20
