PO Header / Item changes ..ME53N..

Hi Everyone,
    I started Workflowing lately and have few basic questions.
 
1- How to switch between PO and PR overview in ME53N
2- How to select TABS from both header and item tabs
3- How to call sub report like Header changes and Item changes
     or this is only possible through functions ?
4- How to find Parameter ID for each screen. I cannot find them for all
    fields using F1
 
Is there any help document to read ?
