MISSING FORM CHECK_ADDED_ELEMENT

Hi everybody,
 
I=B4ve got a problem and hope you`ll be able to help me.
 
We are on 620, and have upgraded to support package level SAPKB62027.
Weeks ago I=B4ve inncluded sapnote 554871, due to swu7 showing errors =
in our
workflows.
 
Since I=B4ve run transaction SPAU yesterday, sapnote 554871 is obsolet.
Now I=B4m running into errors all along the workflow transactions.
Neither PPOME nor SWU7 or any of the other transactions work fine, they
all stop with error message:
 
syntaxerror in program  SAPLRHWS
in include                      LRHWSF05
line                            90
changed by                      SAP
author                          SAP
FORM "CHECK_ADDED_ELEMENT" does not exist.
 
I=B4ve once again checked sapnote 554871 and come to the result,
that the form at question is part of that note.
 
Anyway, a new download of the note and=20
try to implement it once again with transaction snote=20
failed, because the system believes the note to be obsolet.
 
Anyone run into something like this before and knows what to do now?
