Agent determination within workflow

Abby,

If the expression used on the step that should go to the initiator of the workflow is 'Initiator of workflow instance' and the version of that workflow is active I can only think of buffering problems. When I change a workflow on one client, the workflow isn't directly updated on the other clients of that same system (this is the case when changing workflow routes as well as settings of individual steps). Because workflow templates and tasks are cross
client / client independent the only reason for this is a buffering problems (when the system has been backup-ed at night, the following morning all works OK for me). At the moment this is on my list to solve.

Regards,

In the next step it goes to that agent, and in the third step it should go back to the workflow initiator. The rule is in place, the task is classified as general, but instead of going BACK to the workflow initiator it goes to the agent of the second step again! Does anyone have any idea as to why this would happen and how to fix it?
