Resolution of blank screens

We have found the solution in much easier way by setting from the business workplace path.
 
Business workplace ---> Settings --> Workflow Settings ---> Personal Settings --->
 
Uncheck No execution of HTML Decision Task.
 
The blank screen problem goes away. Anyway We are going to look into the OSS note.

Back in May I posted a query to this forum re: Business Workplace blank
screens. A couple of you replied indicating the same problem and traced it
to Internet Explorer Cumulative patch updates. Since this forum has been so
helpful to me in the past, I thought I would follow-up with an update.
 
SAP note 532648 speaks to the issue and points to a SAPGUI 6.20 patch
update. This update can be found at the SAP Service Marketplace as
GUI620_34-10001502.EXE. I have tested on WinXP and Win2K PCs both having IE
6.0 SP1 with the latest IE patch. Neither PC exhibited any Business
Workplace blank screens.
