Normally you would see a "Refresh" icon on the menu bar in Outlook. I
haven't tried MAPI in an XP environment yet, but in our Outlook 2000
environment, the icon appears. As soon as you click it, any new items from
SAP Workplace appear in Outlook. Alternatively, you can set your refresh
time (see the MAPI properties) to something other than the default 15
minutes. We have a few users set at 5 minutes -- they process invoices all
day long (downside is that your RFC connection is running frequently).
Others we have encouraged to just log into SAP and use the Business
workplace itself. cj

Subject: Synchronizing system

Dear all,

After SAPMAPI have been installed on Outlook XP, we run one workitem
successfully.

While we are still working on SAPMAPI (outlook XP), there is another
workitem comes.

That workitem can be seen from SAP Workplace(Inbox), but can't be displayed
on SAPMAPI.

If we logout from outlook and login again, that workitem can be seen from
SAPMAPI.

Basis guy told me that there's no time setting that triggering synchronizing
function on SAPMAPI,

Is it true? Is there another way without logout from outlook?

Please any information will be appreciated.

Best regards

Sanusi
