PR Release Workflow

I have had are request top include the Maintenance Work Order number, short
text and functional location.  This is easy to do however if the PR is not
related to a Work Order I get LOGSYS0210BUS2007 showing in my work item.
What can I do to make the work order information appear if only there is
reference to one in the Purchase Req?
