Closing a session with SAP MAPI

Hello workflowers=0D=0A=0D=0ASap release 4.5B=0D=0A=0D=0AWe are using Sap=
 MAPI and Outlook 2000 to execute our workitems=0D=0AClosing a session wi=
th the specific command (system --> end session) or with the upper-right =
'X' of the window is quite different.=0D=0A=0D=0AIn the first case (comma=
nd system ---> end session) the transaction is correctly closed (if neces=
sary with appropriate messages), the workitem is terminated and workflow =
correctly continues.=0D=0A=0D=0AIn the second case (upper-right 'X' of th=
e window) the transaction is closed without messages even if you have mod=
ified something, the workitem doesn't terminate and it remains owned by t=
he agent, the workflow doesn't continue.=0D=0AIf the user executes again =
the workitem and correctly ends the transaction, everything runs well....=
 but if the user forgets his workitem because he is convinced to have fin=
ished the transaction (really he used the 'X'), the flow is blocked, beca=
use the workitem doesnt end.=0D=0A=0D=0AIn SapOffice, closing with upper-=
right 'X' generates a message "You are closing the transaction" and the w=
orkitem is really closed.=0D=0A=0D=0AIs it possible to have the same beha=
vior in Sap MAPI/Outloook 2000 ?=0D=0A=0D=0Aevery idea will be very appre=
