ESS message This work item cannot be executed on WWW

Hi All
 
As a follow up to my previous ESS question, I have 2 problems, when I
select a workitem, that should present me BUS2089 in change mode (as in
normal R3) I receive the message
 
 Message: This work item cannot be
          executed on WWW
 
 
 
 
How do I tell which methods for the BUS2089 are internet compatible?
especially for change and display
