in HR as an locked infotype.  You can do this by setting up the
authorization in HR.
 
Other option: activate your workflow on the event ADDRESSEMP CREATED. Please

We turned on WS01000015.Triggering event is ADDREMPUS->REQUESTED.
I am getting some failed WFs with message: "Object handle for object
cannot be created"
 
Users are running change off address info and coming in through
Portals.
I read something about Portals issues with not releasing locks on info
types
and basically not playing well.
 
Known issues with ESS / Portals?
