work flow inbox - Grouped according to Content

Hello all !
when i go to the work flow inbox - Grouped according to Content
i can not see the Decisions items there. Oss says that this is the normal
behavior.
do you have any idea for how to show the user all his relevant items for
each instance within the inbox ???
