logistic invoive verification workflow

I'm using 4.5B   ,  the system doesn't recognize T-code MIR7.
Is there a template workflow for Logistic Invoive verification ?

Make sure your event is triggered when you perform a MR1M transaction.
 
You can switch on the event log using transaction SWELS and monitor event
log using transaction SWEL.
 
If your event is not triggered, then obviously your workflow is not going
to
start.

I've created a workflow for logistic invoice verification using object
BUS2081 and   event created.
 
When I use SWUE, the workflow works . When I use the trnsaction MR1M, the
workflow is not triggered.
