Linking Agent form trans OMGS to Std task of WF

In PO release WF  WS20000075 I have added a new user decision in it,  can
anyone tell me how to link the user decision's agent to trans OMGS (Release
Procedure for purchase doc ) in IMG
 
I can find the agents assigned in above trans, assigns the right std tasks
of above WF but how can I assign agent to new user decision created  from
above trans instead of adding it in user decision task,  where is the
setting I have to check for in
IMG or in Org Plan.
