Displaying objects via the web

Hello all
 
When in the business workplace you have access to the
object used within a task. It is shown in the preview
window and when you click on it, the default display
method for the object kicks in and you can view the
actual object/transaction.
 
However when using web functionality, this is missing.
I am using a standard workflow for PA-CM Compensation
management.
 
Any ideas on getting around this problem.
I want the user to be able to see what it is they will
be approving and not just reading about it in the
decision text.
