Webflow using the Web Application Server 6.10

Can anyone help me to find, which version onwards the business object
'EXTSRV' available. Also the function module to create the workflow task
from the remote system "SWK_TASK_CREATE".  Can I create the web service and
use it in the Webflow using the Web Application Server 6.10 ( Linux
evaluation Copy from sap ).Thanks.
