Hi Rolf,
That doesn't sound like a suitable scenario for workflow - sounds more like
something to do with the CIC transactions themselves. Suggest you put a
query in to the CRM developers via OSS to ask if there is a good way to do
this using CRM technology. There may be a BADI or something you can use
to trigger the refresh.

I am working with the CIC in CRM 3.0 and I am wondering how I can establish
an WF to refresh the screen after every action.
Reason for this is that my Call State is not up-to-date all the time.
After refreshing the screen the status is the right one.
Any ideas on this?
