WF for refreshing the screen available?

Hi WF's
I am working with the CIC in CRM 3.0 and I am wondering how I can establish
an WF to refresh the screen after every action.
Reason for this is that my Call State is not up-to-date all the time.
After refreshing the screen the status is the right one.
Any ideas on this?
