How do you remove yourself from the group

Hi Paul,
 
You should be able to remove yourself from SAP-WUG by sending email to
LISTSERV at MITVMA.MIT.EDU, and typing the command
 
SIGNOFF SAP-WUG.
 
If you have problems, please send mail to skeohan at mit.edu, but do not
distribute to the whole list.
