Hi Rodrigo,

Transaction SWI6 will allow you to choose a business object, then enter =
the object key to locate flows for the object.

If the flow was started by the user, they can check the flow status by =
using the Outbox in the Business Workplace (Sappoffice).

Hope this helps,

Subject: Workflow Monitoring - Ideas Needed!!

Hello Everybody,

We developed a workflow for creating Material Master Data and it will =
go on
production by the end of this month.
Now we are trying to find out which is the best way to provide the =
users
with a tool for workflow monitoring.

What they want is something like this: informing the material number =
the
system would show the workflow instance and they would be able to see =
in
which step the process is.

As far as I know there is not such a report or tool available in the
system...
Maybe SWWL and SWI2_FREQ get closer to that!?

As I don=B4t have too much experience with SAP Workflow I decided to =
ask the
experts...

Do you have any ideas on this subject?
Do you think allowing the users to access SWWL or SWI2_FREQ could cause =
any
problems?
Are there other options?

Thanks in advance for your attention

Kind Regards
