Customer Inquiry & BUS2030

Hi every-one
 
I'm investigating the possibility of workflowing the customer inquiry =
transaction (VA11). I'm using business object BUS2030 for that, and =
method "CHANGE". The method uses a BAPI, and one of the fields it needs =
is compulsory - the reference field is a structure. Has any-one worked =
with this object and method before, and can they enlighten me as to what =
information I need to fill in? We're on 4.6C and I've done a search on =
the BAPI as well as the object and can find no illuminating examples.=20
 
As background, the changes needed are to the item texts by various =
people. I had it going with display, but then the item texts cannot be =
maintained.
 
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
