I can access SAP messages if I change location as instance name i.e.
PRD010 SAP - my email account name.
 
But I cannot access other emails.
 
 
 
And I can access other email except from SAP if I change the location as
Personal Folders.

Though we have configured SAP MAPI Service Provider in MS Outlook, we
are not receiving any email from SAP.
 
 
 
Kindly let us know how we can receive email from SAP.
 
 
 
Our understanding is that the MAPI issues that existed with Outlook
 
XP integration with Sap's Workflow have been solved.
 
 
 
 
 
We have been able to get Outlook XP (SP 2) to successfully log into SAP.
 
However, messages are not received despite the SAP user having an Intern
 
et mail address in their profile, though I don't think that is
particularly relevant.
 
 
 
Do you have a step-by-step procedure outlining the integration of
Outlook XP (SP2) into SAP workflow?
