Workflow, Outlook, and Citrix

Hi all -
 
My current client is considering changing his groupware from GroupWise to
MS Outlook, and wanted to know about integration possibilities / problems.
I've never had to deal with the particular scenario before.
 
I know there's a pretty seamless MAPI for between the Business Workplace
and MS Outlook.  My questions are:
 
*  When they double click on the work item attachment in MS Outlook, do
they still have to log in to SAP?
*  Does the MAPI have to be installed on every desktop separately or can
the MAPI be handled centrally?
*  Are there known integration problems for the MAPI/workplace if they use
Citrix to get into SAPgui & Outlook remotely?  I don't believe there should
be with the SAPgui but I don't know about Outlook.
