Buffering automatic forwarding

Hi all -
 
We had a refresh of our sandbox client (030) over the weekend, and due to
that fact, we lost all of our automatic forwarding for work items.  When we
have tried to reconstruct what was lost, it is erroring out in SAPconnect -
trying to give us R/Mail instead of internet mail (where all our automatic
fowarding is directed.)  Also, the program RSWUWFML is returning R/MAIL
addresses instead of the internet addresses we have set up in 030 - they
are showing the info from the client 010 that we refreshed from.
 
I suspect a buffering problem, but cannot figure out a way to fix it.  Any
help would be greatly appreciated!
