material master workflow

Hello everybody,
 
I have been the EDI guy for a couple of years and now I also get to do the =
workflow projects. I am a real rookie at workflow - never done one, so any =
hand holding or help would be greatly appreciated. The first one I get to =
do is for material master - create or change. Person A will do some =
screens then person B will do some then person C will do some and finally =
person A will approve it all. I did not see a template for this. Anyone =
have any ideas on how I get started?
