Delete emails from business workplace

Report RSSOINBO supplies a list of the number of documents in
  users'  inboxes.  Report RSSODLIN deletes entries for individual users.

Is there a transaction or program that I can run to delete documents (NOT
 WORKFLOW ITEMS) from other users inboxes?
